About Viva Wellness

IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line. At Viva Wellness, treatments are administered by experienced registered nurses using physician-approved protocols, with options to personalize your treatment based on your individual needs and clinical appropriateness. 

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Our menu is designed around different wellness goals, but your Viva nurse will review your health history, medications, current needs, and treatment goals before your IV. We can help you choose an option and make clinically appropriate adjustments or add-ons when needed. 

Client safety is at the center of every Viva treatment. All IVs are administered by experienced registered nurses under physician-approved protocols, and each client completes a health screening before treatment. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other factors may affect which treatments are appropriate, and your nurse will review these with you before proceeding. 

 Most IV treatments take approximately 45–60 minutes once your infusion begins, although timing can vary depending on the treatment selected and your individual needs. NAD+ infusions typically require additional time. Because Viva comes directly to you, you can relax at home, continue working, or enjoy your treatment with friends while we take care of the rest. 

Some supplements may be appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, while others are not recommended. Please let us know when booking so our nursing team can review your health history and treatment options. When appropriate, we may also recommend discussing IV therapy with your OB or healthcare provider before treatment. 

We’re fully mobile and bring Viva directly to you throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Treatments can be provided at your home, workplace, hotel, vacation rental, or approved event location. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area—just reach out if you’re unsure whether we come to you. 

Yes. Viva Wellness accepts HSA and FSA cards as payment. Eligibility and reimbursement are determined by your individual plan, so we recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator if you have questions about coverage. 

Yes. New clients complete a brief health history, intake, and consent forms before treatment. Completing your forms ahead of time gives your nurse an opportunity to review important health information and helps make your appointment as smooth as possible. 

Your Viva nurse will review your health history, medications, current needs, and treatment goals before beginning. We’ll check appropriate vital signs, answer any questions, and confirm your treatment plan before starting your IV. Then it’s time to get comfortable while your nurse takes care of the rest. 

Absolutely. Viva can bring the IV experience to friends, bridal parties, corporate wellness events, golf outings, celebrations, and other groups. Groups of up to seven receive 10% off treatments, and groups of eight or more receive 20% off. Contact us and we’ll help coordinate the details.
